Free training weekend with Pendragon Sports: 23-24/02/2013
A special weekend of cycling using the roads of stages 1 and 2 of the Tour of Wessex. The weekend is designed to give a flavour of the routes and to get some miles into the legs for those cyclists that are participating, or are planning to do so. Pendragon Sports is offering this complementary two day training and familiarisation event on the 24th & 25th February.

The training weekend is free to take part in and will be run in the following format:

Average Speed: 17 MPH (if you can not maintain this pace please bring your GPS to navigate back) 30 min lunch stop at about half way
