In preparation for race season we are going to do sprint reps matched with course reconnaissance – double benefits.
We’ll head off from Wheels in Gillingham at 9:30 (sharp) group riding and sprinting to Wincanton, home of April’s Wincanton Tri. We will continue on the fast roads of the 27k bike course (via Sparkford), repeating sprints and recoveries along the way, before heading home to Gillingham.
