Sadly it doesn’t look like Friday’s weather will carry over into Saturday but it is forecast to be dry with a light breeze. All three routes head down the Piddle Valley with the White route turning at Piddletrenthide and heading to Cheselbourne and onto Melcombe’s Bingham, Hazebury and Sturminster on the way home.

The Blue route continues to Puddletown and Dewlish before rejoing the White route. The Pink route heads over to Charlton Down, Dorchester and Bockhamton before it also rejoins the other routes.

Meet at 9.00 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshement.

There is nothing to stop a group splitting into a ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ group, and a slower group can take on a longer route or a faster group ride a shorter route. All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability!
