This Sat looks to be dry and sunny with light winds so what’s not to like! A great day for riding your bike, there are 3 routes this week as usual. All routes head out of Gillingham up Langham Lane, and head for Wincanton and Castle Cary and along to Alford. The Blue and Pink routes turn right after Alford, the Whites however turn left to Lovington and on to Sparkford. The Blue and Pink routes carry on to Butleigh, where the Blues then head through Charlton Mackrell and on to Sparkford. The Pinks carry on to Street and a bit further before heading back and through Charlton Mackrell and Sparkford. All routes follow the same route back to Gillingham via North Cheriton and Horsington.

The rides all end at the Old Brewery Cafe and Kitchen for coffee, cake, or brunch.

Meet at 9.00 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshment.

There is nothing to stop a group splitting into a ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ group, and a slower group can take on a longer route or a faster group ride a shorter route. All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability!
