Yeovil CC’s rapid junior rider Kris Caines was second ahead of Andy Parsons who made up places after a steady start and an early spill. Next up was another junior rider, Lawrence Pitman on his singlespeed machine, coming home ahead of James Chant.
Liam Teesdale was sixth, with Patsy Caines (Yeovil CC) seventh and Jake Coward (Rapha Club) an unrepresentative lapped and last after several stops to remove his rear wheel due to a locking brake problem.
