British Cycling are looking to train up more marshals for road races. The local accreditation courses will be run through Poole Wheeler David Wade, for anyone who might be interested in helping to support local roiad racing there is more information on Eamonn Deane’s blog here.
On the subject of marshalling, the GDW Open takes place on March 9th, if you are able to help out in the hall or on course please let me know, jamescbf@btinternet.com.
The round of the Hardrider series which is normally run by Bath CC which is based at Maiden Bradley and passes through Mere is being run by the WTTA as Bath are unable to run it this year. The WTTA is an umbrella organisation and as such has no members so they are looking for people who can help out on March 24th. Let me know if you can and I’ll pass on the relevant details.
