Our 3/4 cat road race is only 4 weeks away and is on Sunday 17th June on this 6.5 mile circuit . The HQ is at Henstridge Airfield.
Although the race officials and accredited marshals (we have 3 more club members qualified now – well done Mary, Stef and Karen) are being provided by British Cycling South region so we still need a number of volunteers from the club to make the event run smoothly.
These are as follows:
2 x red flag marshals
1 x assistant finish judge
1 x car park marshal
2 x sign-on officials
1 x refreshment engineers
1 x gear checker
4 x drivers (2 for the lead cars & 2 for the commissaires)
1 x neutral service vehicle (with large van)
