Is there any stopping Michael Sleeman? 449km outside in the week took the title for the most distance travelled (unassisted) in the week. Three other Wheelers breached the 400km mark, with one of those doing so without the use of a bike (significant assistance from gravity and white, cold slippy stuff), thereby maintaining the international source of activities.
Whilst some of us were concentrating on “going long” Rich White decided to “go fast” – an exceptional 1:15 for a half marathon in Inverness. Chapeau.
Seven Wheelers have competed in each of the weeks and Michael and Melanie Birch are leading going into the final BIG POINTS week. The podium is looking interesting with 5 fighting out those top spots.
For the week commencing 17 March the challenge is to do each of swim 400m, 40k cycle and run 5k as quickly as you can. There will be points for each activity and separate improver points if your performance is faster than in the previous challenge over the same distance. Feel free to do them all at one time (I believe its called a triathlon), but probably best to separate them through the week.

Its not too late to give it a go. Good luck
