I can’t believe we’re already having our first summer TT!!! (If you’re meteorologically inclined)

The next GDW Time Trial of 2024 takes place on Wednesday (5th June), this is being held on the new 20 mile course based on the Stour Provost circuit because of roadworks on the Bruton course. Riders will follow the normal Stour Provost course, but carry on past the finish line on the first lap until Todber, where they will rejoin the normal course for a second lap. Sign on is from 6:30 pm at Stour Provost Community School, Woodville, SP8 5LX, with the first rider starting at 7 pm.

Riders must comply with Cycling Time Trial’s Covid Guidelines which can be found on the Time Trialling section of our website, and full details of the course can also be found on the website.

*NOTE* – It is now a CTT regulation that all riders must have (and use) working front and rear lights and wear helmets – NO LIGHTS AND HELMET, NO START! Riders must also obey the Highway Code at all times.

Entry fees are: £4.00 for GDW members, £3.50 for GDW members aged 16 & under, £5.00 for non-members.

Entry fees must be paid by card or by phone – no cash! Once you have signed on you should leave the sign on area to undertake your warm up.

Remember that there is also a Road Bike category (drop or straight handlebars, no tri-bars, clip on bars or Spinacci bars, no disc wheels, each wheel must have at least 12 spokes, maximum rim depth of 90 mm).

All abilities are welcome!
