A warm and still evening saw a good field of 17 riders take to the start line for the final GDW Time Trial of 2021, held on the 6 mile Milton on Stour course. Shawn Gray was 5 seconds quicker than Bradley Perkins, with both riders having sub 15 minute times. Ian Cardy was third. Kate Mustill was fastest lady and Louis Clarkson the fastest non-aero rider ahead of Mark Harvey. A good number of riders had PBs on the course tonight.
Congratulations to Shawn Gray for retaining his overall (and vet) crown, ahead of Vince Hounsome and Nigel Brown. The senior title was a tight fought battle with Chris Mullett edging out Nick Hall by just 2 points. Mark Harvey is super vet champ. Angie Barlow retains her ladies tiara ahead of Kate Mustill and Lisa Dunne, whilst Nathaniel Brookes retained the junior title just ahead of Bradley Perkins.
Well done to all those who took part this year, and hope you all managed a number of PBs along the way!
