A warm but breezy evening saw 24 riders compete on the 10 mile Gillingham course. Alastair Luxford set a new course record (22:03) to take the win. Shawn Gray was the fastest Wheeler with Nick Bunyard in third. Angie Barlow was again the fatest lady rider ahead of Lisa Dunne and first timer, Angela Jamieson. Bradley Perkins was fastest junior.
As riders are starting to complete the minimum 9 events competition in the overall Club Championship is begining to heat up.
Next week will see a return to the Bruton 19 mile course.
