This Sunday’s chain gang ride will be on the same route as usual unless its raining (and the forecast looks very likely that it will be ). An update will be made late on Sat, and if it looks a washout instead there will be some zwift group team time trial training. If you’re on zwift you will need to follow Vince Hounsome so he can invite you.
We will be again doing through and off where possible and at a steady pace for those present (approx 17 to 19mph)

A post ride debrief with coffee and cake will be Orchard Park garden centre.
