These rides are ideal for ladies who want to start cycling/occasional cyclists and will only average about 12mph Max. With a coffee stop as this is a social, please encourage anyone ladies you know who want to start or have not been out for several months on their bikes. Meeting point is the carpark of Wheels Cycles/Coffeeworks Dorset at 9am in Gillingham (SP8 4QA).
