It looks like rain on Saturday morning, ranging from light to heavy depending on what forecast you believe! So for those hardy souls who are happy to don their wet weather gear an mudguards there are 2 routes this week, a longer route at 50 miles via Sturminster to Puddletown (maybe aptly named!), and a shorter route at 35 miles that turns back at Hazelbury Bryan. Riders are free to group up at the start to ride either route at their preferred speed.

For those not willing to brave the weather, Mike Smith has organised a zwift meetup ride, with audio chat via discord – if you wish to join in and haven’t already been invited please contact Mike.

Meet at 9.00 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshment.

Long Route: 50.5 miles, 2431ft elevation

Short Route: 35.6 miles, 1692 ft elevation

For those who have issues downloading their routes, here’s the guide for a Garmin device and here’s the guide for a Wahoo device.
