Although autumn seems to have arrived, Saturday is again looking dry. Two of the Pink group regulars, Edd and Adrian, are due to race in the Portmore Classic so the Pink route will head south to beyond Bere Regis (via Okeford Fitzpaine, Stickland and Winterborne Whitechurch) before taking in part of the race route on the way to Wareham. This is a slightly longer route than normal.
The Blue and White rides take different routes to Sherborne and on to Yetminster. The routes merge on the way back at Bishops Caundle and finish at Cafe Corsa.
Meet at 9.00 am at the Wheels car park, Station Road, Gillingham. Please ensure you download your chosen route to your GPS device, and remember to bring your ride essentials, particularly sufficient liquid refreshement.
There is nothing to stop a group splitting into a ‘light’ and a ‘dark’ group, and a slower group can take on a longer route or a faster group ride a shorter route. All rides are no drop rides but please select a group suited to your ability!
