A few days ago Saturday was looking like there was going to be some wet stuff, but if we’re lucky any rain will come after the club rides finish. There are 3 routes this week, the pink route does a loop up through west Bourton to check out the new tarmac before heading down Hartmoor hill where the blues join the route having come up Langham lane (again). The white route heads up Common Mead Lane and down through Kington Magna, all routes converge as they route past Henstridge airfield and onto Landshire lane, the Caundles and Glanville Wooton, and then onto Kings Stag where these is an optional cafe stop at the Green Man, all groups then return to Gillingham via Hazelbury Bryan, Stur and Manston. The whites then return to Gill via Fifehead Magdelan and Sandley, the blues and pinks route past Guys Marsh prison along Cherry Orchard Lane to the A30 and Lox Lane. The blues then head straight back to Gill but the pinks route via Motcombe and Bay road.
All routes finish at the Old Brewery Cafe for Coffee and a catch up.
