Meet at Orchard Park this Sunday (26th) for a 9am start, 50 miles ride linking together three of the GDW time trial courses. Ride in a group or ride solo at your own pace, it’s up to you. There will be a women’s group led by Jenny Lucas heading off first, followed by everyone else.
The ride will feature the usual mid-ride stop at Simon Barfoot’s house near Buckhorn Weston, the ride will cost £2 for members and £3 for non-members to cover the cost of the food and drink which Simon is kindly providing.
The road under the railway bridge at Buckhorn has been closed for a while now due to flooding so instead of heading up Hartmoor Hill we’ll be going up out of Buckhorn past the Stapleton Arms.
