The Gillingham and District Wheelers Annual General Meeting will take place at 7.15 pm on Thursday 23rd November 2023 at North Dorset RFC, Slaughtergate, Gillingham, SP8 5SY.
Geoff Percival is stepping down as Club Chairman and Edd Hunt is stepping down from the Publicity role. Both these posts need to be filled.
If anyone wishes to join the Committee for 2024, please email me. We hold 6-7 committee meetings each year, and would hope you are a pro-active member of the Club.
IT IS YOUR CLUB so it is important that as many members attend the meeting as possible. You are not being asked to give up much of your time – last year the meeting took around an hour.
The Agenda will be emailed to members in the next week or so.
And finally a reminder that the membership year now ties in with the calendar year so membership fees will fall due on 1st January 2024.
