The Gillingham and District Wheelers Annual General Meeting will take place at 7.15 pm on Thursday 10th November 2022 at North Dorset RFC, Slaughtergate, Gillingham, SP8 5SY.
There are two vacancies on the Committee as Sally St Leger and Gary Francis are both standing down.
If anyone wishes to join the Committee for 2023, please email me. Both vacancies are general committee member posts. We hold 6-7 committee meetings each year, and would hope you are a pro-active member of the Club.
IT IS YOUR CLUB so it is important that as many members attend the meeting as possible. You are not being asked to give up much of your time – last year the meeting took around 45 minutes.
The Agenda will be emailed to members in the next week or so.
And finally a reminder that the membership year now ties in with the calendar year so membership fees will fall due on 1st January 2023.
