You’ve got to run faster to run faster so its back – the Thursday evening varied run interval sessions.
Meeting in the RiversMeet car park at 6:30 on Thursday evenings, the session will be led by Innes Wright and/or Vince Hounsome. Dependng on the weather we use the RiversMeet field (dry weather) or the quieter roads around Gillingham.
Each session includes a warm up followed by a structured series of efforts over varying distances (200m to 1 mile) with walk and/or jog recoveries. Sessions last up to one hour.
