Join us for a couple of hours of some relatively flat sub-1-minute sprint action (as a change from the hill reps) on Sunday (4th) morning. Meet at 9:30 am (prompt) at the Todber/Manston junction on the B3092 (you may want to liaise to ride with others from Gillingham) and we’ll do the Manston, Margaret Marsh, Todber loop with varying sprint (and recovery) reps. It’s going to be chilly, so we’ll need to try to keep those muscles warm.
(This is part of a regular series of Sunday morning outings on different routes and focusing on different bike strengths – steep vs long hills, sprints, group riding, chain-gang, etc)
