With a road closure on the scheduled Sturminster course, round 15 was switched to the smooth tarmac of the Stour Provost 10 course. A warm and relatively still evening saw a number of fast times posted with the top three all under the 24 minute mark. Jeremy Brougham was quickest (23:16) ahead of Adam Baker (23:42) and Gary Francis (23:50). Kate Mustill was fastest lady rider.
Gary holds an 8 point lead in the Championship over Vince and Kate leads the Ladies Championship. Meanwhile, Adam is closing in on Mark Harvey in the non-aero category.
Next week’s round is the last of the longer TTs, on the Bruton 19 course. Sign on again at 6.30 pm , with first rider off at 7.00 pm. Given the length of the course, slower riders are asked to start ahead of the quickest riders.
