The Wheeler (who does not wish to be named) has won what became an epic race on the banks of the Thames. The course which loosely is based on the London Circuit for the Tour of Britain with the finish on out side the houses of Parliament, was won by a wheel. Thanks to this, the Wheelers have been promoted to the Premier Calendar and will need to assemble a team of 12 potential riders under the careful advise of team leader – Paul Horan and support staff – Jerome Young (road race coach) and Andy Shaw (Equipment)
