Vincent Hounsome is planning his usual ride to Swanage (with a ferry via Sandbanks) over the Xmas break – its weather dependent and the provisional date is Wed 28th Dec.
It will be a slightly faster ride in the region of 17 mph, heading out on a fairly flat route via Child Okeford, Blandford, Wareham, Corfe, back via Wimborne, Cranborne, Sixpenny Handley, Shaftesbury – approx 85 miles. Departing from Wheels at 9am sharp, bring lights in case the light fades
