Gillingham and District Wheelers club will be holding a series of GO Ride races for all Novice male and female riders under the age of 16 in Dorset. This will be open to all schools in the local area and cyclists wishing to have a go at racing. This is a great opportunity to get your kids – girls and boys – racing in a safe and traffic-free environment.
The first 3 Races this year for the GO RIDE will be at Gillingham School playing fields and will be raced on the playing fields at the rear of the school near the sports astroturf (Gillingham School Hardings lane Gillingham Dorset SP8 4QP)
And Race 4 will be at Henstridge airfield.
Dates are as follows: Race 1 Tuesday 9 June/ Race 2 Tuesday 23rd June Registration will be 1600 First rider will start at 1630 hrs
Race 3 Saturday 18 July 2015 Registration will be 0900 First rider will be off at 0930 hr
Race 4 (TBC) HENSTRIDGE Airfield AND JUST 7 MILES AWAY FROM GILLINGHAM.
