Downton 2 Day Classic, a real highlight and good way to round of the
season.
The Saturday morning is a 2,4km Hill climb prologue,
half as steep as our Mere Hollow hill climb, the results of which
decide the groups for the Road Race.
The afternoon is a 50km road race through the picturesque New Forest. It is handicapped to accomodate all abilities.
Sunday Morning is a Sporting 42km TT through the New Forest.
Healthy Prize money for all stages and the overall.
It
would be good to put all those miles and fitness together into a big
event like this… and if you can’t win it you can always work for your
team mates and feel like a real pro..!
