Another visit to the Stour Provost course for yesterday’s tt, this time with a big push from the wind on the way out to Manston. Paul Hopkins was the fastest rider, setting the same time as last week. Kim Little was second, 20 seconds behind. Shawn Gray set a fast time again, beating Paul Cooke for third. Jason Mould was the fastest of the visiting Army CU riders in 19th.
James Hywel-Davies was at the sharp end to be the quickest of the juniors with Connor Geddes setting a course best time for third. Nathaniel Brookes was chaperoned by Charles Rees and made a massive three minute improvement over last week’s debut – having Charles yelling at you for 10 miles is obviously very motivating…
There were only two women riders, Rosie Brown was quickest in spite of recent mountain bike crash injuries.
