Thanks to the 10 or so that have responded about the social evening, are there any more that want to come? 


We probably need about 30-40 to come to make it viable and confirm the booking with the band (No Fixed Abode).   The band can play 2 x 45 min slots or 3 x 30 min slots

Henstridge is not licensed so unable to sell alcohol, however we could consider getting beer/lager/cider/wine and ask for donations. . As the marquee is being provided by Geoff free of charge suggest that any profit goes to CLIC Sargent children’s cancer charity.

So please support this event, and make it a success.
