It’s that time of year again, if not a little late and for that apologies, but the Club AGM will be held at Motcombe Village Hall on 30 March at 7:30PM. Hopefully the agenda won’t take too long to get through but items will include Club fees, use of the remaining Sundial monies (at last), and upcoming events, should any member wish to raise any item then let me know in advance and we’ll put it on the agenda.

There are also 2 open places on the committee with Si Barfoot and John Holman standing down should anyone wish to stand for these positions please email me. But do not limit yourself to just these positions, if you wish to stand for any committee position then again let me know before the AGM, preferably the earlier the better.
